About

I’m a designer and Ph.D. researcher at the Institute of Intelligent Systems and Robotics (ISIR), Sorbonne Université in Paris. My work focuses on Generative AI and documentary photography, and how image-generation technology impacts our agency when it comes to documenting our lives. I’m supervised by Baptiste Caramiaux and Sarah Fdili Alaoui.

Previously, I was a lecturer in Interactive Media and Journalism at the University of Miami (USA), a teaching assistant for MIT’s 2.009 Product Design Processes course, and a Carnegie-Knight News21 Journalism Fellow investigating hate crimes in America.

I hold a MSc. in Interaction Design from TU Delft, a MSc. in Photography from Syracuse University, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.

In my free time, I boulder, visit cafés, and study new languages.
